Abstract
본 연구는 유아교사의 다문화 감수성 및 다문화 교육태도가 다문화 가정 유아의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향과 이 과정에서 교사-유아 관계의 매개적 역할을 규명하였다. 연구대상은 유아교사 300명과 다문화가정 유아 300명이었으며, 구조방정식모델 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과가 나타났다. 첫째, 유아교사의 다문화 교육태도는 다문화가정 유아의 사회적 유능성에 직접적으로 영향을 미친 반면 교사-유아 관계에 의해 매개되지 않았다. 둘째, 유아교사의 다문화 감수성이 다문화가정 유아의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향은 교사-유아 관계에 의해 완전 매개되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 다문화가정 유아의 사회적 유능성을 촉진시키고 교사-유아 관계의 질을 높일 수 있는 교사교육 방향에 대해 제안하였다.
