Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofα-lipoic acid and shuxuening combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN). Methods Seventy patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups( observation group and control group),observation group was given α-lipoic acid, shuxuening and mecobalamin, control group was given mecobalamin. The clinical efficacy, the improving condition of NCV,the TCSS score and the peripheral blood level of hs-CRP before and af-ter treatment was observed. Results The efficacy of observation group(91. 43%)was higher than that of control group(71. 43%),there was significant difference(P﹤0. 05). The TCSS score, the levels of hs-CRP were significantly reduced( P ﹤0. 05 ),and the NCV obviously increased( P ﹤0. 05 )in both group after treatment, and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment( P﹤0. 05). Conclusions α-lipoic acid, shuxuening combining with mecobalamin is effective on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Key words: Diabetic peripheral neuropathy α-lipoic acid Shuxuening Mecobalamin Toronto clinical scoring system Nerve conduction velocity

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
