Curative effect of calcitriol in the treatment of primary osteoarthritis
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To examine the curative effects of calcitril in the treatment of primary osteoarthritis. Methods From October 2011 to October 2012,30 cases of osteoarthritis in our hospital were collected and studied.Blood 1,25-two hydroxy vitamin D 3 [1,25-(OH)2D3],and urinary calcium and phosphorus in 24 h were measured. Results During one year,30 cases came back for check-up.As compared with before treatment, patients had different degrees of recovery after treatment for 6 months and one year:western Ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis index (WOMAC) was significantly reduced (20.9 ± 6.5 and 2.6 ± 1.0 before and one year after treatment respectively,P < 0.05),lumbar spine BMD increased significantly [(0.70 ± 0.04) g/cm2 and (0.83 ± 0.07) g/cm2 before and one year after treatment respectively,P < 0.05],plasma 1,25-(OH),2D3 levels significantly increased [(35.6 ± 18.2) nmol/L and (50.3 ± 11.2) nmol/L before and one year after treatment respectively,P < 0.05],and 24 h urinary calcium and phosphorus levels significantly reduced [for urinary calcium and phosphorus levels,(4.98 ±0.67) nmol/L and (32.6 ±7.2) nmol/L,and (2.84 ±0.57) nmol/L and (20.9 ±6.5) nmol/L before and one year after treatment respectively,P < 0.05].Conclusion Calcitriol can inhibit bone loss, relieve pain and restore joint function. Key words: Osteoarthritis; Rocalirol ; Treatment effect

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
