Abstract
Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “MAKMUR JAYA” sebagai koperasi sebagaimana Koperasi pada umumnya mempunyai tujuan untuk memajukan kesejahteraan anggota khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya serta ikut membangun tatanan perekonomian nasional, dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat yang maju, adil dan makmur berlandaskan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 Koperasi simpan Pinjam “Makmur Jaya” berdomisili di wilayah kelurahan Banjarsari Kecamatan Banjarsari Surakarta. Landasan Hukum Koperasi mengacu pada Undang-undang nomor 25 Tahun 1992 : Koperasi adalah badan usaha yang beranggotakan orang-seorang atau badan hukum koperasi dengan melandaskan kegiatannnya berdasarkan prinsip koperasi sekaligus sebagai grakan ekonomi rakyat berdasarkan atas asan kekeluargaan.Berdasarkan hasil observasi tim pengabdian, bahwa KSP Makmur Jaya koperasi ini beranggotakan dari Pra koperasi warga masyarakat dibawah lingkungan tingkat RT dan RW di kelurahan Banjarsari yang bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan berurpa pinjaman dalam rangka pengenbangan pra koperasi dan pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarkat pada umunnya di wilayah kelurahan Banjarsari. Untuk itu kami selaku tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengajak dan mendorong dan melakukan pendampingan agar KSP “Makmur Jaya” segera memproses menuju terbentuknya Badan Hukum. Harapan kami dengan terbentuknya KSP yang sudah berbadan hukun diharapkandapat membentuk jejaring kerjasama dalam rangka untuk mengembangkan modal guna membantu peningkatan kegiatan usahanya sekaligus dapat meningkatkan kegiatan dan kesejahteraan para anggotanya.Kata Kunci : Koperasi Simpan Pinjam , Badan Hukum
