Abstract
Hintergrund „Vermitteln und vernetzen“ (engl.: „mediate“) ist eines der drei Handlungsprinzipien der Ottawa-Charta. Im Gesundheitsförderungsprojekt „Familien Interdisziplinär Begleiten, Betreuen, Beraten (fibbb!)“ soll das gesunde Aufwachsens von Kindern bis zum 10. Lebensjahr in vier Gemeinden im Südburgenland durch eine Verbesserung der Kooperation der ProjektpartnerInnen erreicht werden. Trotz der Bedeutung in der Gesundheitsförderung gibt es wenig Literatur zur Operationalisierung und Evaluierung von Netzwerken. Bei der externen Evaluierung von fibbb! stellte sich deshalb die Frage, welche Methode zur Analyse der Vernetzung herangezogen werden soll.
