Abstract
한국은 교육공동체 구성원들 간 불신과 갈등 속에서 교육개혁이라는 난기류를 맞고 있는 상황에서 학교가 구성원간의 상호 돌봄, 협력, 소통, 존중에 기반한 참교육을 실현할 수 있는 교육공동체로 거듭나야한다는 요구가 생겨나고 있다. 본 연구는 유아교육기관의 관계지향적 조직문화, 교사의 심리적 임파워먼트, 그리고 교사의 교육공동체 구현역량 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 한국의 346명의 유아교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 한 결과, 관계지향적 조직문화는 심리적 임파워먼트와 함께 교육공동체 구현역량을 잘 설명하였다. 나아가 심리적 임파워먼트는 구체적 역량에 따라 그 영향력이 다르게 나타났으며, 이러한 결과들은 교사에게 교육공동체 구성 역량을 기르기 위해서는, 교사양성프로그램이 관계지형적 조직문화와 개인의 구체적 역량에 방향을 둘 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
