Abstract
Zaburzenia odżywiania (eating disorders -ED) są opisy wane coraz częściej.Oprócz jadłowstrętu psychicznego (anorexia nervosa -AN) oraz żarłoczności psychicznej (bulimia nervosa -BN) stosunkowo często występują także inne, tzw.niespecyficzne zaburzenia odżywiania.Należą do nich m.in.zaburzenia z napadami objadania się, zespół nocnego jedzenia, zespół przeżuwania, pica, dysmorfia mięśniowa, ortoreksja, pregoreksja oraz dia bulimia.Częstość ich występowania nie jest dokładnie znana, jednak w porównaniu z AN i BN są rzadkie.Bardzo często nie dają jednoznacznych objawów klinicz nych, co znacznie utrudnia ich diagnostykę i leczenie.Brakuje również konsensusu co do kryteriów diagno stycznych oraz metod leczenia.Zaburzenia z napadami objadania się, zespół przeżuwania i pica są klasyfikowane w DSM5 jako oddzielne jednostki chorobowe, a zespół nocnego jedzenia znajduje się w kategorii "inne okre ślone zaburzenia jedzenia i odżywiania się".Dysmorfia mięśniowa, ortoreksja, pregoreksja i diabulimia nie zo stały w ogóle ujęte w tej klasyfikacji.Oprócz powikłań somatycznych, np.utraty lub przyrostu masy ciała, zaburzeń elektrolitowych, niedoborów pokarmowych, zaburzenia te często powodują problemy w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, np.unikanie pracy lub spożywania posiłków w towarzystwie innych ludzi.Ponadto mogą prowadzić do AN lub BN oraz współistnieć z innymi zaburzeniami i chorobami na tle psychicznym, np.de presją, schizofrenią czy zaburzeniami lękowymi.Z tego powodu podejście do pacjentów zmagających się z nie typowymi zaburzeniami odżywiania powinno być holi styczne.Najlepiej, aby w zależności od potrzeb pacjenta obejmowało współpracę z lekarzem, dietetykiem, pielę gniarką, psychologiem oraz fizjoterapeutą.
