The author is a retired Canadian civil litigator who practiced in Vancouver, British Columbia for over 35 years.Since his retirement from law practice, Gooderham has endeavored to persuade the Canadian Government to conduct environmental analysis regarding the expansion of oil sands production and its consistency with Canada's commitments on limiting the increase of global warming to less than two degrees Celsius.
