Abstract
Les pratiques viticoles doivent évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux économiques, environnementaux et sanitaires. Le conseil agricole, soutenu par de nouvelles technologies, est un levier prometteur. Pourtant, ces technologies sont peu adoptées. L’adoption technologique trouve ses fondements dès la conception, où peuvent se manifester des décalages sociocognitifs, au sujet de l’activité des utilisateurs, entre les différents acteurs du projet. Ces décalages peuvent induire la conception de technologies peu adaptées à l’activité des futurs utilisateurs, et donc peu adoptées. Pour réduire ces décalages, les apports d’une intervention ergonomique, menée dans un projet de conception technologique, ont été étudiés à partir d’une pratique réflexive. La recherche a mené à un portrait objectivé de l’activité de conseiller agricole, qui a servi de base à la synchronisation cognitive entre acteurs de la conception. Par son action d’ajustement sociocognitif sur les représentations de l’activité des utilisateurs, dès la phase de conception, l’intervention ergonomique peut agir en faveur de l’adoption technologique.
