Abstract
Helena Tornero Brugues (Figueres, 1973) es autora, directora i traductora de teatre. Diplomada en Turisme per l'EOT de la Universitat de Girona i llicenciada en Direccio i Dramaturgia per l'Institut del Teatre, va viure i treballar a Alemaya, Belgica, Anglaterra, Russia i a bord d'un vaixel de creuers abans de dedicar-se al teatre. Ha rebut diversos premis, entrer ells el Premi Joan Santamaria, el Premi SGAE de teatre juvenil, el Premi 14 d'Abril i el Premio Lope de Vega. Ha treballat tambe de directora escenica i professora d'escriptura en altres paisos, en llocs com ara Franca, Grecia, Italia, Polonia, Portugal, el Quebec, Suisa i Turquia. Membre fundador del col·lectiu Paramythades, un grup de professionals de les arts esceniques que realitzen tallers i activitats de dansa, teatre i musica als camps de refugiats de Grecia. Aquest volum reuneix el gruix de la produccio dramatica original d'Helena Tornero escrita al llarg dels darrers deu anys, des del seu primer encarrec professional per part de la companyia Q-ars Teatre fins al seu ultim text estrenat al Teatre Nacional de Catalunya. Un total de catorze titols, entre els quals tambe s'inclou alguna peca breu, per resseguir a fons l'obra d'una de les veus mes destacades de la dramaturgia catalana contemporania.
