CARACTERÍSTICAS DA DOR LOMBAR EM TRABALHADORES DE COZINHA DE RESTAURANTES UNIVERSITÁRIOS DO PARANÁ

Abstract
Analisar as caracter i sticas da dor lombar trabalhadores de cozinha, de restaurantes universit a rios do Paran a . METODOLOGIA: O presente trabalho foi aprovado pelo CEP/UFPR(CAAE 75553517.1.0000.0102). Foram avaliados 28 participantes com dor lombar (71,4% mulheres e 28,6% homens) com m e dia de idade(36,3 ± 10,8 anos). As avaliacoes com escala visual num e rica da dor (EVN) e o question a rio McGill foram realizadas entre maio e outubro de 2018. Para an a lise estat i stica foi realizada correlacao de Spearman. RESULTADOS: Apenas mulheres, com jornada de trabalho de 588 minutos (9,8h)/dia, com m e dia de idade de (38,8 ± 11anos), tempo na funcao (1;3; 96) meses,houve correlacao significativa, forte e positiva com os descritores do question a rio McGill uma mordida do dom i nio de compressa o (p=0,030;R=0,756, em c aimbra/c o lica do dom i nio de compressao (p=0,030;R=0,756), enfraquece (p=0,030;R=0,756), e fatigante do dom i nio de cansa co (p=0,030;R=0,756), obtiveram EVN=6 e espeta como uma lanca do dom inio sensorial (p=0,000;R=0,986), obteve EVN=7. CONCLUSO ES: Mulheres que realizam uma jornada de trabalho prolongada, torno de 9 horas por dia, apresentam dor lombar moderada com caracter i sticas de dom i nio de compressa o, cansa co e sensorial. Nesse sentido estrat e gias de prevencao aos agravos desse quadro a lgico s ao fundamentais para a sa u de dos trabalhadores.
