espanolEl estudio de la comunicacion reconoce en el Analisis Transaccional (AT) una aportacion sugestiva que procede del campo de la psicologia clasica, a mediados del siglo XX. Su fundador es el psiquiatra canadiense Eric Berne, que formula sus principios en obras como Los juegos en que participamos (1966) y Que dice Vd. despues de decir «hola» (1974). El Analisis Transaccional contempla la descomposicion de la conducta (analisis), que es el resultado de la accion o interaccion con los demas (transaccional). Los terminos clave tienen la doble condicion de categorias explicativas y de medios operativos para la modificacion terapeutica de la conducta. El comportamiento comunicativo de la persona depende de los estados o facetas del «yo»: «Padre» (P), «Adulto» (A) y «Nino» (N), afines al «Super ego», «Ego» y «Ello» psicoanaliticos. Las manifestaciones discursivas y no verbales de los interlocutores expresan relaciones que resultan apropiadas o desafortunadas pragmaticamente para la cooperacion comunicativa. EnglishThe study of communication recognizes in the Transactional Analysis (AT) a suggestive contribution that comes from the field of classical psychology, mid 20th century. Its founder is the Canadian psychiatrist Eric Berne, who formulates his principles in works such as The Games in which we participate (1966) and What you say after saying Hello (1974). Transactional Analysis contemplates the decomposition of behavior (analysis), which is the result of the action or interaction with others (transactional). The key terms have the dual condition of explanatory categories and operational means for the therapeutic modification of behavior. The communicative behavior of the person depends on the states or facets of the I: Father (P), Adult (A) and Child (N), related to Super ego, Ego and It »psychoanalytic. The discursive and nonverbal manifestations of the participants express relationships that are pragmatically appropriate or unfortunate for communicative cooperation.
