Abstract
Abstrak— Perumahan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok masyarakat terutama perumahan bersubsidi maka dari itu banyak pengembang yang menawarkan perumahan, akan tetapi tidak sedikit perumahan yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang pemerintah buat, salah satunya adalah permasalahan fasilitas yang belum terpenuhi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui fasilitas yang belum tersedia maka dilakukan perbandingan dengan ketentuan pemerintah dengan mendata langsung ke setiap perumahan yaitu Perumahan Baitussalam Regency, perumahan Bumi Mutiara Mandiri dan perumahan Villa Bukit Sakura, dan juga membandingkan dengan peraturan pemerintah pada SNI 03-6981-2004. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan mendata langsung ke setiap perumahan dan menggunakan SNI sebagai acuan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, pada ketersediaan fasilitas pada Perumahan Baitussalam Regency adalah fasilitas niaga, fasilitas pemerintah dan pelayanan umum. Perumahan Bumi Mutiara Mandiri fasilitas niaga, fasilitas pemerintah dan pelayanan umum, fasilitas ruang terbuka hijau, dan fasilitas peribadatan. Perumahan Villa Bukit Sakura fasiltas niaga, fasilitas pemerintah dan pelayanan umum, fasilitas ruang terbuka hijau dan fasilitas peribadatan. Untuk kesesuaian penataan tata letak fasilitas ׃ Perumahan Bumi Mutiara Mandiri yang berbeda ada pada nilai KDH yaitu 10 %, dan untu perumahan Villa Bukit Sakura yang berbeda pada KDH yaitu 12 % dari ketentuan yang seharusnya paling kecil 15%.
