Zielsetzung Das endometrioide Ovarialkarzinom zeichnet sich im Vergleich zum High Grade Serösen Ovarialkarzinom in vielen Fällen durch eine deutlich günstigere Prognose aus. Mangels verlässlicher prognostisch relevanter Biomarker hat dies bislang kaum Auswirkungen auf die Therapie. Ziel dieser Studie war es zu untersuchen, ob L1CAM, ähnlich wie beim Endometriumkarzinom, einen Beitrag zur Risikostratifizierung endometrioider Ovarialkarzinome leisten könnte.
