L’étude des effets psychocognitifs de la marche attentive (MA) est en expansion, mais rares sont les recherches qui comparent la marche attentive à des conditions contrôles rigoureuses. Cette étude-pilote compare les effets de la MA, de la co-marche dialoguée (CM) et de la marche non dirigée contrôle (C) sur la pleine conscience (PC), le bien-être mental, la flexibilité psychologique, la conscience intéroceptive et la conscience corporelle chez des bacheliers. Les trois conditions consistent à marcher 20 minutes, trois fois semaine, pendant trois semaines. Les mesures pré-test et posttest sont recueillies par des questionnaires autorapportés évaluant les variables d’intérêt. Aucune différence intergroupe n’est notée sur les moyennes des pentes calculées entre le pré-test et le posttest à l’échelle de PC. Toutefois, la mesure de conscience corporelle diffère entre les groupes MA et CM, tandis qu’elle ne diffère pas entre les groupes MA et C. De nombreuses associations positives sont observées entre les variables d’intérêt, tous groupes confondus. Cette étude-pilote confirme la faisabilité d’un programme bref de marche chez les bacheliers. Toutefois, les gains psychocognitifs de la marche attentive, comparativement à d’autres modalités de marche, restent à être démontrés.
