Pour faire face à la diversité de même qu’aux défis et enjeux liés à l’évolution des publics, des besoins du monde socio-économique, et à la forte présence du numérique, les établissements d’enseignement supérieur et les acteurs sont interpellés dans leurs pratiques routinisées. Ce constat suppose de penser la transformation des pratiques pédagogiques au-delà d’un outillage technologique, et dans un changement paradigmatique systémique qui convoque un nouvel alignement institutionnel. Les agentivités, individuelle et collective, se trouvent fortement convoquées dans cette dynamique de coconstruction, dont le présent article analyse plusieurs dimensions dans leurs singularités et complémentarités. Éloignée des approches qui présentent l’innovation en éducation comme la minimalisation des résistances et l’action sur des leviers, l’analyse rappelle l’importance d’une verticalité managériale portant une vision et qui s’allie à une horizontalité de la confiance qui reconnaît aux acteurs leur capacité à mettre en oeuvre ce processus de reconfiguration des pratiques. Celui-ci serait dès lors conjointement régulé par l’ensemble des acteurs au sein d’un cadre sécurisé dans lequel chacun agirait selon des degrés de responsabilité reconnus et assumés.
