A importância do controle interno na gestão pública: Revisão de literatura

Abstract
A pesquisa teve como objetivo principal discorrer sobre a importância do controle interno no setor público, com base em bibliografia peculiar da área. Visa-se especificar melhor a temática a partir da descrição de conceitos e definições sobre a administração e o controle interno, assim como versa sobre a legislação que ampara o controle interno no Brasil. Na sequência, apresenta-se como ferramenta de gestão pública no contexto socioeconômico atual. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão bibliográfica, buscando-se promover a reflexão dialógica, apoiando-se, para tanto, nos principais autores que conceituam a temática abordada. Como resultado, nota-se que o controle interno é indispensável para Administração Pública em todos os seguimentos, pois atua como um fator de inibição do mau uso dos serviços intrínsecos que propõe diariamente. Consiste em uma busca que apresenta mecanismos capazes de inibir os fracassos de uma gestão atualmente corruptível e fraudulenta. Considera-se, também, que o controle interno precisa renovar-se continuamente, buscando-se por novos parâmetros de atuação, por se tratar de uma ferramenta falível aos olhos de governantes viciosos. Este estudo configura-se como descritivo, e, como tal, tem as suas características e limitações. Não tem-se como pretensão esgotar a temática, ou, ainda, inferir respostas para todos os questionamentos suscitados pela problemática de pesquisa. Trata-se de uma análise crítica-reflexiva que, com base na literatura específica, disserta sobre a relevância do controle interno na dimensão da Gestão Pública.
