Abstract
Objetiva-se identificar condições e justificativas frente às trocas de comissões técnicas no futebol, analisar suas ressonâncias em equipes do futebol profissional buscando compreender decorrências psíquicas/comportamentais nesses processos. Partiu-se de revisão bibliográfica, observações e entrevistas com atletas, integrantes de comissão técnica e dirigentes de três clubes profissionais do futebol brasileiro. Dentre os motivos argumentados favoráveis às mudanças estão ausência de resultados positivos/vitórias, pressão, precipitação dos clubes, despreparo/equívoco dos dirigentes, dificuldades/problemas de relacionamento, como perda de comando/liderança do treinador. Contudo, a partir de uma análise psicossocial, foram constatadas outras ressonâncias na produção da equipe que requerem elaboração de um esquema conceitual e referencial comum ao grupo, ligada a processos de comunicação e aprendizagem, necessário a uma adaptação ativa frente a situações de mudança. Mostra-se necessária uma atenção às ansiedades básicas que emergem nesse processo que, se não “trabalhadas”, podem levar o grupo ao modo estereotipado e burocratizado de se relacionar com sua tarefa.
