Abstract

Cet article présente les résultats empiriques d’une étude visant à décrire le recours à l’environnement de travail SharePoint en tant que dispositif numérique permettant de soutenir la collaboration entre différent·es formateur·rices (de statuts distincts) d’un programme de formation à l’enseignement. Depuis 2017, le baccalauréat en enseignement au préscolaire et au primaire (BEPP) de l’Université de Sherbrooke est en refonte majeure de son programme. Cette refonte est fondée sur la création de programme selon un parcours de professionnalisation. Cette expertise sherbrookoise de développement de programme est accompagnée par le Service de soutien à la formation (SSF) et requiert la collaboration entre tous les intervenant·es du programme (professeur·es, chargé·es de cours et conseillères pédagogiques) intervenant dans les cours ainsi que dans la formation en milieu de pratique. L’environnement SharePoint a été identifié en tant que dispositif permettant de faciliter cette collaboration. En s’appuyant sur les données fournies par les traces laissées par les utilisateur·rices de ce dispositif et en identifiant des indicateurs de collaboration, nous souhaitons porter un regard évaluatif quant à la capacité de ce dispositif à soutenir la collaboration. Cette étude exploratoire et descriptive permet de documenter l’implantation de SharePoint entre janvier 2018 et juin 2019. À partir des fréquences observées, il en ressort une évaluation positive du dispositif. Nous nous permettrons des recommandations pragmatiques quant à la manière de guider le travail collaboratif qui pourrait inspirer d’autres équipes désireuses de tirer profit de ce dispositif.
