Abstract
Ce texte présente une réflexion appuyée sur des bases théoriques portant sur l’évaluation des apprentissages dans une formation professionnalisante et inclusive. L’objectif du présent article est de contribuer à la réflexion sur les finalités de l’évaluation des apprentissages afin de concrétiser l’idéologie démocratique (fondée sur des valeurs d’équité et d’égalité), soit une orientation affirmée au Québec (Canada) au début des années 1960 dans le rapport Parent et réaffirmée depuis presque 60 ans. Un portrait du contexte professionnel qui appelle à faire émerger une nouvelle culture évaluative professionnelle considérée inclusive et équitable est dressé. Des dispositifs pour transiger vers une culture évaluative plus inclusive et plus équitable sont présentés. Des perspectives de recherche clôturent cette contribution.
