Dans cette thèse, nous utilisons trois ensembles de techniques pour étudier le spectre des Théories Conformes des Champs. Nous commençons par calculer les blocs conformes pour les fonctions à un point thermales qui contiennent des scalaires. Nous arrivons à ce résultat en utilisant trois méthodes: calcul direct, équation différentielle de Casimir et diagrammes de Witten. Nous utilisons ensuite ces blocs pour trouver une formule asymptotique pour les coefficients de l'OPE d'opérateurs primaires quand deux de ceux-ci sont lourds. La partie suivante de la thèse discute l'utilisation de la formule d'inversion Lorentzienne pour étudier les opérateurs à bas spin de certaines théories conformes. Nous analysons le modèle de Ising en 3d et décrivons plus particulièrement comment obtenir des informations sur la famille $[\sigma\epsilon]_0$. Nous utilisons de plus les mêmes techniques pour en apprendre sur les opérateurs à bas spin du modèle $O(N)$ critique avec $N$ large. La troisième partie de la thèse se concentre sur les théories conformes en deux dimensions. Nous développons une nouvelle formulation du bootstrap conforme qui est basée sur le noyau de fusion de Virasoro. Le noyau de l'identité nous permet de définir la théorie de champ moyen de Virasoro, qui rassemble les opérateurs nécessaires dans un canal pour obtenir l'identité dans l'autre. Nous utilisons ensuite la nouvelle formulation pour montrer que cette théorie décrit de manière universelle la partie à grand spin des Théories Conformes des Champs et nous calculons les corrections
