Abstract
目标陈述 关于“统一要求”1978年，——小组综合性医学期刊编辑在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省温哥华市非正式集会，制定了向其期刊投稿的格式要求。该小组便是后来人们所熟知的温哥华小组（Vancouver Group）。温哥华小组制定的投稿要求于1979年首次发表，其中包括由美国国立医学图书馆制定的参考文献著录格式。温哥华小组不断扩大，逐渐发展成为国际医学期刊编辑委员会（International Committee of Medical Journal Editors，ICMJE）。该委员会每年召开会议，其所关注的领域不断扩大，已涉及到与生物医学期刊出版有关的伦理学问题。
