Abstract
INTISARIPerguruan tinggi saat ini perlu melakukan penyesuaian pada setiap proses bisnisnya untuk memaksimalkan kinerja dengan penerapan dan pemanfaatan IS/IT. Menyusun perencanaan dalam bentuk portofolio aplikasi IS/IT di lingkup kerja Perguruan Tinggi yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis perencanaan strategis sistem informasi adalah langkah penting dalam manajemen perencanaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang merupakan rekomendasi penerapan strategis sistem informasi dari hasil analisis perencanaan pada Universitas ABC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis CSF dan analisis portofolio aplikasi McFarland Stategic Grid. Sehingga menghasilkan bahwa Universitas ABC perlu mengimplementasikan 10 aplikasi atau sistem infromasi yang tergambar pada 4 kuadran di portofolio aplikasi McFarlan Strategic Grid. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Universitas ABC memiliki keunggulan dan daya saing serta proses bisnis yang terintegrasi dan berkesinambungan.Kata kunci — perencanaan strategis sistem informasi, perguruan tinggi swasta, Yogyakarta, terintegrasi, berkesinambungan. ABSTRACTToday's universities need to make adjustments to each of its business processes to maximize performance by implementing and utilizing IS / IT. Compiling a plan in the form of a portfolio of IS/IT applications in the scope of work of a higher education obtained from the results of the information system strategic planning analysis is an important step in planning management. The purpose of this study is to analyze information system strategic planning which is a recommendation for the strategic application of information systems from the results of planning analysis at ABC University. This study uses the CSF analysis method and the McFarland Stategic Grid application portfolio analysis. So as to result that the ABC University needs to implement 10 applications or information systems depicted in the 4 quadrants in the McFarlan Strategic Grid application portfolio. So that based on these results, the ABC University has advantages and competitiveness as well as an integrated and sustainable business process.Kata kunci — strategic planning of information systems, private universities, Yogyakarta, integrated, sustainable.
