Multidão: redes de ação coletiva na Zona Leste de São Paulo

Abstract
O presente trabalho investiga a aplicação do conceito de comum, de Dardot & Laval, em paralelo à noção de fazer coletivo da multidão, de Hardt & Negri, e às considerações de Lemke sobre as proposições desses últimos, aproximando-os à observação empírica da ação dos grupos coletivos periféricos oriundos da Vila Flávia, distrito de São Mateus, na Zona Leste de São Paulo. Os resultados apontam para a transformação da cidade por meio da ação social em rede, evidenciando que a ressignificação do espaço urbano não deve estar sujeita exclusivamente às lógicas estatal e mercantil, mas pode, diversamente, atrelar-se diretamente aos processos sociais vinculados à autonomia de organização e à produção dos indivíduos em atividades comunitárias e coletivas, prezando por processos de codecisão e colaboração, a fim de propor um ambiente de convivência plural e democrático. The present work investigates the application of the concept of common, by Dardot & Laval, in parallel to Hardt & Negri's notion of collective doing multitude, and to Lemke’s considerations on the propositions of the latter, bringing them closer to the empirical observation of the action of peripheral collective groups from Vila Flávia, district of São Mateus, in the East Zone of São Paulo. The results point to the transformation of the city through social action in a network, showing that the redefinition of the urban space should not be subject exclusively to the state and mercantile logic, but can, in turn, be directly linked to the social processes linked to the autonomy of organization and production of individuals in community and collective activities, valuing processes of codecision and collaboration, in order to propose an environment of plural and democratic coexistence.
