PostprintArtikel ini dimuat di Jurnal Banking & Managemen Review Vol 2 No 1 Mei 2013Penerbit STIE Ekuitas BandungAbstractThe study is titled "The Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation And On The Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance Implications".Research objectives are: 1) to determine and assess the organizational culture, employee motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance, 2) to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation partially on employee job satisfaction, and 3) to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation simultaneously work on employee job satisfaction; 4) to determine the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance.The research was conducted by PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero), by taking a sample of 190 employees from a population of 625 employees. The method used is descriptive method using path analysis (path analysis), and operate calculation using PASW Statistics 18 software.Results of this study are as follows: 1) organizational culture significantly influence employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 36.5%, 2) work motivation significantly influence employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 39.8%; 3 ) organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 76.4%; 4) job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees, with the magnitude of the effect of 81.1%.The conclusion of this research is proven there is significant relationship between organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction as well as implications for the performance of employees at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero).
