ABSTRAKPenurunan keinginan seksual (libido) pada akseptor KB suntik meskipun jarang terjadi dan tidak dialami pada semua wanita tetapi pada pemakaian jangka panjang dapat timbul karena faktor perubahan hormonal terutama KB suntik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menpelajari Hubungan Penggunaan KB Suntik Dengan Penurunan Libido Ibu Di Desa Lubuk Lagan Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Suka Merindu Seluma . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 209 akseptor. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 34 responden. Analisis bivariate menggunakan Chi- Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan : Dari 34 orang responden terdapat 76,5 % menggunakan KB suntik dan 23,5%yang tidak menggunakan KB suntik. Dari 34 responden terdapat 23,5% mengalami penurunan libido dan 32,4% tidak mengalami penurunan libido. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Hubungan KB suntik dengan penurunan libido Ibu Dengan keeratan hubungan sedang. Diharapkan kepada tenaga pelayanan Keluarga Berencana membantu akseptor yang mengalami disfungsi seksual (penurunan libido) untuk memilih metode kontrasepsi non hormonal.Kata Kunci : Penuruan libido, suntik KB
