Abstract
Visi BKKBN tahun 2020 adalah menjadi lembaga handal dan dipercaya dalam mewujudkan penduduk tumbuh seimbang dan keluarga berkualitas. Dan misinya memiliki lima nilai, yaitu cerdas, tangguh, kerjasama, integritas dan ikhlas. Pil kontrasepsi oral kombinasi, sering disebut sebagai pil KB atau dalam bahasa sehari-hari disebut “pil”, merupakan salah satu jenis KB yang dirancang untuk diminum secara oral oleh wanita. Ini merupakan kombinasi estrogen dan progesteron. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengetahuan Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) Dengan Kegagalan Pemakaian Kontrasepsi Pil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan metode random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapatkan sampel berjumlah 97 akseptor. Hasil penelitian dari 97 akseptor mengalami kegagalan sebanyak 84 akseptor (86,8%), yang dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan akseptor KB yang berada pada kategori cukup yaitu sebanyak 63 akseptor ( 64,95%).
