Hintergründe: Bei der Chronisch Obstruktiven Lungenerkrankung (COPD) gibt geschlechtsspezifische Unterschiede in der Prävalenz von Komorbiditäten und in Bezug auf die Symptomäusserung. Wir prüften im Rahmen der COSYCONET-Studie ob sich auch in den Beziehungen von Lungenfungenfunktion, Komorbiditäten und Symptomatik geschlechtsspezifische Unterschiede zeigen und ob sich hieraus Hinweise für die Diagnostik von kardialen Komorbiditäten ergeben.
