espanolResumen: El objetivo de este programa psicoeducativo con enfoque humanista es fortalecer el bienestar psicologico en un grupo de personas adultas mayores institucionalizadas. Durante la etapa adulta ocurren transformaciones biologicas, sociales y economicas que tienen un efecto en el bienestar psicologico. El contar con recursos que brinden la posibilidad de satisfacer las propias necesidades es un aspecto clave para lograr la salud mental. El programa consiste en 11 sesiones con duracion de 50 minutos, con frecuencia de dos reuniones por semana. Dirigido a hombres y mujeres entre los 65 anos y mas, que se encuentren en una institucion. Metodologia: Participantes voluntarios/as. El diseno propuesto es de corte cuasiexperimental con mediciones pre y pos evaluacion. Ademas, se propone una entrevista en profundidad con uso de grabaciones y bitacora. Los instrumentos propuestos: Escala de Bienestar Psicologico de Riff; Mini Mental Examination Test, y Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA). EnglishAbstract: The objective of this psychoeducational program with a humanistic approach is to strengthen psychological well-being in a group of institutionalized older adults. During the adult stage, biological, social and economic transformations occur that have an effect on psychological well-being. Having resources that provide the ability to meet your own needs is a key aspect of achieving mental health. The program consists of 11 sessions lasting 50 minutes, with a frequency of two meetings per week. Aimed at men and women between the ages of 65 and over, who are in an institution. Methodology: Volunteer participants. The proposed design is quasi-experimental with pre and post evaluation measurements. In addition, an in-depth interview is proposed with the use of recordings and a log. The proposed instruments: Riff's scale of psychological well-being, Mini Mental Examination Test and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA).
