Abstract
Objective: To identify the importance of the practical process of territorialization in Primary Health Care, for nursing education, from the perspective of graduates.Methodology: This is an experience report, carried out in Porto Velho, Rondonia, about the experience of the practice of territorialization, developed by a group of graduates of the nursing course at Uniron, in 2019.Five graduates agreed to participate in this report, through of the IC.The interviews were recorded, transcribed and analyzed using the Content Analysis method based on Bardin (1979), Deslandes (1997) and Minayo (1996).Results: The experience was developed in 5 stages: 1-Territorialization Workshop; 2 -Registration of the population of the Flamboyant neighborhood; 3 -Mapping the Flamboyant neighborhood; 4 -Local Health Diagnosis (DLS) and 5 -Elaboration of the Health Services Agenda. From the analysis of the statements, the following thematic categories emerged: 1.Previous experience on the territorialization process; 2. Initial impacts on the territorialization proposal; 3. Impressions about the development of the territorialization process; 4. Potentials and weaknesses of the experience of the territorialization process in the training of nurses. Conclusion: It was possible to apprehend in the speeches of the graduates that the practical process of territorialization experienced by them, brought an important contribution to their training, even though it was initially faced as many fears. The experience provided an expanded look at the importance of this practical process in their training, as well as the identification of it as one of the duties of the nurse who works in Primary Health Care.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
