GENETIC AND PHENOTYPICAL FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH АН1 FERTILITY HAPLOTYPE IN AYRSHIRE BULLS
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Research were carried out to test carriers of the AH1 fertility haplotype of Ayrshire bulls of breeding farms (BF) in Russia and an electronic database was created. Bulls (n = 71) from 6 BF were tested for carriage, 19 animals were carriers. Monitoring of genetic and paratypic factors determining carrier bulls (AH1C) was performed in comparison with haplotype-free bulls (AH1F). The largest number of carrier bulls was in the lines 13,093 (42.9%) and 63,640 (41.7%). An increase in the share of AH1C with a later date of birth of bulls was revealed. It was found that with an increase in blood count in the Canadian Ayrshire (CAN), an increase in the number of bulls AH1C is observed. Analysis of the influence of various factors on the carriage of the AH1 revealed that the factors «Line», «Father», «Blood» have a greater influence — 59.2%, 57.3, 58.6%, respectively. Therefore, genetic factors have a significant effect on the manifestation of the AH1 in the genotype of animals.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
