Abstract
Objectifs du travail : une recherche-action-formation (RAF) a été effectuée en collaboration avec deux enseignantes d’éducation physique et à la santé afin qu’elles optimisent leurs pratiques évaluatives en éducation à la santé. Les objectifs de l’article portent une attention particulière à la finalité de formation de cette RAF en examinant : 1) l’utilité d’outils de gestion autonome développés par les participantes pour s’approprier le processus de résolution de problème et 2) leur degré d’appropriation de ce processus. Méthode : quatre entretiens collectifs et deux types de journaux de bord ont été utilisés afin de collecter les données nécessaires pour répondre à ces deux objectifs. Les données ainsi collectées ont été traitées à l’aide d’une analyse de contenu inductive. Résultats : trois outils de gestion autonome ont été développés et se sont avérés utiles afin d’amener les participantes à s’approprier le processus de résolution de problème, soit : 1) le journal de bord systématique, 2) les indicateurs de succès et 3) les guides d’animation. Interprétation : les résultats obtenus mettent en avant l’importance d’avoir des mesures structurantes et un objectif de formation explicite dans les recherches de nature participative.
