Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخصائص الشخصية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمسجلين في خدمة التوفيق بين راغبي الزواج، وكذلك محاولة الوصول إلى توصيات مقترحة في ضوء الممارسة العامة لتطوير آليات عمل خدمة التوفيق في جمعيات التنمية الأسرية المبني على خصائص عينة من المبحوثين، وقد اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بتحليل البيانات الثانوية من خلال الحصر الشامل للراغبين في الزواج بجمعية ابن باز للتنمية الأسرية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الغالبية العظمى من المتقدمين لخدمة التوفيق من الرجال سعوديو الجنسية، وكذلك بالنسبة للنساء، وتوصلت الدراسة أيضًا إلى أن أكثر من نصف العينة من الذكور من المنطقة الوسطى، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أغلب عينة الدراسة من الرجال أعمارهم تتراوح من 31 إلى أقل من 35 سنة، وتبين أن أكثر من ثلث العينة هم من حملة البكالوريوس، وما يقارب ربع العينة هم من حملة الثانوية العامة، وتوصلت الدراسة أيضًا إلى أن غالبية المبحوثين هم من الموظفين الحكوميين، وتبين أن ما يقارب من ربع العينة هم من الموظفين في القطاع الأهلي، أما بالنسبة لطبيعة عمل المتقدمات من الإناث فقد تبين أن غالبية العينة هن من الطالبات، وتوصلت أيضًا الدراسة إلى أن معظم المبحوثين دخلهم يتراوح بين 7001 إلى 15000 ألف ريال، كما أظهرت أيضًا نتائج الدراسة أن قرابة النصف هم من المتزوجين الذكور، أما بالنسبة للمتقدمات من الإناث فقد تبين أن الغالبية العظمى لم يسبق لهن الزواج، وتمت صياغة العمليات المهنية للممارسة العامة مع الأفراد والأسر والجماعات والمؤسسات والمجتمعات بناء على ذلك.
