Abstract

En tant qu’événement de parole et d’écriture généralisée durant lequel s’exprime une puissante critique de toutes les formes d’autorité, Mai-Juin 68 a contribué à détrôner l’auteur de son magistère intellectuel comme de son monopole de la créativité langagière. Bien que ce soit sous des formes et selon des logiques très différentes, l’exigence d’égalité et d’horizontalité se poursuit aujourd’hui, que ce soit, sur le plan politique, par l’éclosion d’une démocratie de la place publique refusant toutes les formes de porte-parolat, ou, sur le plan littéraire, par la multiplication d’écritures profanes et l’extension de la littérature hors de son territoire et de ses répertoires traditionnels. À travers quelques figures et exemples, cet article propose d’examiner les stratégies d’écriture, les politiques de la littérature, et les réflexions sur l’efficacité littéraire qu’auteurs et autrices déploient, à notre époque, pour répondre au défi de l’égalité et aux injonctions du réel.
