Abstract
<!DOCTYPE HTML><html><body><p>Notre &eacute;tude vise &agrave; dresser un &eacute;tat des lieux des pratiques actuelles de mesure de la performance dans les services d&rsquo;archives qu&eacute;b&eacute;cois, soit d&#39;identifier les principes g&eacute;n&eacute;raux de la gestion de la performance dans les services d&rsquo;archives et de voir dans quelle mesure ces principes sont mis en &oelig;uvre dans ces organisations. Une m&eacute;thodologie mixte a &eacute;t&eacute; utilis&eacute;e pour recueillir les donn&eacute;es au moyen, dans un premier temps, d&rsquo;un questionnaire en ligne et, dans un second temps, d&rsquo;entrevues semi-dirig&eacute;es aupr&egrave;s de professionnels de l&rsquo;information. Les r&eacute;sultats nous permettent de jeter un &eacute;clairage sur les d&eacute;fis conceptuels et m&eacute;thodologiques entourant la gestion de la performance en archivistique.</p> </body></html>
