Abstract
COVID-19 상황에서 유아 교사의 근무형태의 변화와 유아 교사 정신건강 연구에 대한 관심을 바탕으로 본 연구는 중국 유아 교사의 마음챙김, 회복탄력성, 온라인 교수 효과성 간의 상관관계를 탐색하였다. 유아 교사 427명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 유아 교사의 마음챙김, 회복탄력성, 온라인 교수 효과성 간에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유아 교사의 마음챙김은 온라인 교수 효과성과 회복탄력성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 회복탄력성은 온라인 교수 효과성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치었다. 그리고 유아 교사의 회복탄력성은 마음챙김과 온라인 교수 효과성 사이에서 부분매개역할을 함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 유아 교사의 마음챙김과 회복탄력성에 대한 연구를 확장하며, 유아 교사의 정신건강과 교수 효과성 연구의 공백을 메웠다. 특별한 시기에서 유아 교사의 정신건강과 교수의 질 보장 및 향상, 마음챙김 훈련의 시행과 보급에 대한 근거를 제공하였다.
