Este estudo objetivou analisar as novas formas de trabalho dos docentes e as relacoes dos sujeitos no contexto da pandemia, em especial COVID19. As relacoes de trabalho tendem a ser ditadas cada vez mais pela posse do capital informacional e pela formacao de redes. O fator trabalho tende a se acelerar com a maior utilizacao de meios digitais de trabalho, uma aceleracao da quantidade de atividade no exercicio do trabalho que e provocada pela pandemia. A metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa utilizada por Gonzalez Rey (2002) especificamente para o estudo da subjetividade, se fundamenta na Epistemologia Qualitativa e na abordagem historico-cultural de Vygotsky. Se utilizou de entrevistas com professores(as) de ensino Superior em diferentes paises, foram realizadas tres entrevistas com professores internacionais, sendo os paises: Canada, Cuba e Venezuela, que foram transcritas e submetidas a analise de conteudo. Como uma possivel abordagem comparativa da dinâmica das novas formas de trabalho em contexto pandemico.Atraves dos resultados foi possivel compreender como a subjetividade se constitui e se expressa nas acoes e relacoes pedagogicas do professor(a) possibilita colocar em evidencia elementos que extrapolam o conceito de ‘pratica pedagogica’ concebida tradicionalmente como conjunto de atividades a serem desempenhadas.
