Abstract
A BNCC define um conjunto de competencias e habilidades a serem desenvolvidas pelos alunos da educacao basica. Assim sendo, o professor deve periodicamente avaliar a evolucao das habilidades e competencias dos alunos. Apos pesquisar sobre a educacao brasileira em um trabalho de mestrado, resolveu-se estudar mais a fundo sobre os sistemas de educacao considerados os melhores do mundo e o objetivo desta pesquisa e analisar as diferencas e semelhancas entre as educacoes desses paises, com foco no ensino medio. No total foram selecionados oito paises, sendo eles: Holanda, Suica, Finlândia, Canada, Reino Unido, Japao e Coreia do Sul. Para isso, buscou-se informacoes em diversos sites, artigos, pesquisas, portais oficiais dos governos, tanto em portugues como em ingles para que fosse possivel comparar os dados com maior precisao. Apos coletadas as informacoes, foram sintetizadas em forma de tabela para facilitar a visualizacao. Por fim, concluiu-se que os paises citados dao uma grande enfase no desenvolvimento pessoal, e nao apenas estudantil, pois sao ofertadas diversas materias extracurriculares que ajudam os alunos em âmbitos como trabalho em equipe, comunicacao, educacao artistica, educacao financeira, alem de diferentes opcoes de cursos focados em mercado de trabalho e pesquisa.
