espanolEl Congreso de la Republica de Colombia tiene reservada la competencia para la clasificacion de los empleos publicos en las diferentes ramas del poder establecidas por la Constitucion Politica. La Rama Judicial regulada por la Ley Estatutaria de Justicia trae la clasificacion de los empleos de aquella; no obstante, dicho cuerpo normativo no clasifica el cargo de Director Ejecutivo Seccional de Administracion Judicial lo que por regla general y de acuerdo con el articulo 125 de la Constitucion Politica implica que es un empleo de carrera. Sin embargo, el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y su Direccion Ejecutiva de Administracion Judicial le ha dado el tratamiento de empleo de libre nombramiento y remocion, cercenando los derechos fundamentales y constitucionales de quienes ocupan dichos cargos. EnglishThe Congress of the Republic of Colombia has reserved the competence for the classification of public jobs in the different branches of power established by the Political Constitution. The Judicial Branch regulated by the Statutory Law of Justice brings the classification of its jobs; nevertheless, the normative body does not classify the position of the Sectional Executive Director of Judicial Administration, which as a general rule and in accordance with article 125 of the Political Constitution implies that it is a career job. However, the Superior Council of the Judiciary and its Executive Directorate of Judicial Administration have given it the treatment of employment of free designation and removal, cutting off the fundamental and constitutional rights of those who occupy those positions.
