Abstract
Inserido no debate das razões para alcançar o desenvolvimento econômico, este trabalho apresenta-se para demonstrar a importância do regionalismo e do multilateralismo como variáveis complementares na agenda internacional do Brasil e do Canadá na nova interdependente ordem mundial. Não relegando a importância das políticas domésticas, o regionalismo e o multilateralismo nesses países têm sido analisados como políticas duplo-ganhadoras (win-win), nas quais a grande oportunidade a ser aproveitada pela consolidação internacional como componente essencial cada vez mais responsável pelo crescimento econômico está na raiz de uma estratégia conjunta de articulação de ganhos trazidos ao desenvolvimento. Com essa discussão são fornecidos os subsídios para a garantia de pluralidade e o aprofundamento do debate sobre as políticas internacionais para o desenvolvimento, que neste novo século têm grande importância para o bem-estar social e o futuro empresarial do Brasil e do Canadá. Abstract: Inserted in the reasons for the economic development, this paper aims to demonstrate the importance of regionalism and multilateralism as complementary variables in the international agenda of Brazil and Canada in the new interdependent world order. Not denying the role of domestic policies, regionalism and multilateralism in these countries have been considered as double-winner policies (win-win), while the great opportunity to be undertaken by the international consolidation as an essential component more and more responsible for the economic growth is in the root of a strategic team articulation of earnings brought to the development. Through this discussion assistance is supplied to warrantee plurality and depth for the debate about international policies focused to the development, that for this century have fundamental importance for the welfare and the future of business in Brazil and Canada.
