Welcome to 2011 SpringSim Multiconference. The 14th Communications and Networking Simulation (CNS'11) Symposium is one of the conferences of SpringSim that has brought the latest research works in the area of communications and networking simulation for the experts, researchers and managers active in this field. These presenting papers are the research results of the industry and academia researchers, especially the graduate students who have a novel idea or a new model for network simulation and modeling. CNS symposium provides the opportunity for these works to be discussed and receives feedback by presenting them in the conference as well as publishing them as the papers in the SprinSim multiconference proceedings.
