UDK: 373.3 (497.5)(091) Primljeno: 01.09.2006.Pregledni radDualizam stvoren austro-ugarskom nagodbom 1867.razdijelio je hrvatski korpus, tadanje Kraljevine Hrvatsku, Slavoniju i Dalmaciju, koji je doveo hrvatsko-ugarskom nagodbom 1868.u neravnopravan poloaj Hrvate u odnosu na veæinske narode Monarhije, a koji se èeso manifestirao putem kolskog sustava i obrazovanja.U razvoju kola u Hrvatskoj krajem 19.i poèetkom 20.stoljeæa, posebno bijahu vani kolski zakoni iz 1874.i 1888.te njihove dopune i izmjene, na temelju kojih su osnovane, organizirane i djelovale kole.Meðutim, isti hrvatski zakoni, kao i vaeæi ugarski (ili austrijski) kolski zakoni, legalizirali su i poticali osnivanje kola narodnosti, to je èesto izazivalo politièke tenzije.Naprimjer, maðarske julijanske kole mogle su u Hrvatskoj osnivati i organizirati javne kole, seoske i salake kole (npr.maðarske julijanske kole), tvornièke kole (npr.kole maðarske dravne eljeznice), konfesionalne kole (npr.maðarske reformatorske kole), to je otvorilo irok prostor djelovanja maðarske Julijanske akcije, ali i sliènih njemaèkih i talijanskih, pa i srpskih akcija u Hrvatskoj.Kljuène rijeèi: kolski sustav,
