Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases are in the Russian Federation in the first place in the structure of mortality among working-age population. In the Tambov region, the situation is similar; according to the health Department cause of death in 61.2 % of cases are diseases of the cardiovascular system. In the structure of deaths from circulatory diseases ischaemic heart disease is to 48.9 %. According to the key provisions of psychosomatic to factor the risk of somatic pathology attributed aleximitic type of personality. In patients with coronary heart disease, we have studied the cognitive-emotional peculiarities of using the Toronto aleximitic scale. The study showed that the frequency of occurrence aleximitic radical among patients with coronary heart disease is high enough. Alexithymia was detected in 60 % of cases in the group of patients with coronary heart disease, and 20 % were referred to the group of risk. Indicators only 20 % indicate a lack of alexithymia. Characteristic features of personality aleximitic patients are disorders of affective and cognitive functions, violation of consciousness and, in General, a special view of the world. The results can be a basis for the development of effective approaches to psychotherapy cardiac patients to work with the cognitive style, affective sphere and consciousness.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
