Abstract
El Cesid cre oa finales de 1980 una unidad especial para ayudar al teniente coronel Antonio Tejero en los preparativos del golpe de Estado del 23-F. Esta unidad, conocida con las siglas SEA (Seccion Especial de Agentes) dependia directamente de Jose Luis Cortina, jefe de la Agrupacion Operativa de Misiones Especiales (AOME), y de Francisco Garcia Almenta, el segundo jefe. La SEA, aunque estaba adscrita a la AOME, funcionaba de espalda sa esta organizacion hasta el punto de que los jefes de grupo desconocian sus actividades secretas. Segun un ex agente del Cesid, sus miembros eran los patas negras de Javier Caldero ny Cortina ,y los conocian como los siniestros.
