Nous sommes très heureux de vous convier à lire ce nouveau numéro de la revue PISTES.Son contenu est riche et diversifié.Ce numéro aborde plusieurs thèmes de recherche reliés au travail et à ses conséquences plus ou moins directes sur la santé des personnes.En premier lieu, un article collectif impliquant Catherine Teiger, Liliane Barbaroux, Maryvonne David, Jacques Duraffourg, Marie Thérèse Galisson, Antoine Laville et Louis Thareaut, présente une réflexion étoffée de la pratique ergonomique à partir d'une étude qui s'est déroulée il y a 30 ans.Cette étude fondatrice sur le travail des femmes dans l'industrie électronique a contribué au développement de « nouvelles méthodes, de nouveaux modèles de l'activité de travail », à jeter « les bases d'une dynamique de recherche fondée sur la collaboration entres les différents acteurs et articulant recherche, formation et action ».Cette étude a aussi permis de mettre en lumière, pour une des premières fois, de multiples dimensions invisibles du travail des femmes ainsi que leurs effets sur la santé.Cette réflexion, avec un recul de 30 ans, soulève également plusieurs interrogations pour les chercheurs et collaborateurs sur le travail de l'ergonome, la pérennité des transformations issues de l'action ergonomique, la temporalité de l'action et la construction de la dynamique de participation.Au delà de cette réflexion sur la pratique, cet article nous convie aussi à partager l'effervescence des débuts de l'ergonomie de l'activité francophone.En ce sens, il constitue une très belle leçon d'histoire et de recherche.
