El presente trabajo aborda Las estrategias metodologicas y su influencia en la transicion de la lectura simbolica a la fonetica en los estudiantes del tercer ano de educacion basica; para realizar esta investigacion, se tomara en cuenta los siguientes fundamentos: Filosoficos.- Este fundamento se basara en los pilares fundamentales de la educacion que son: aprender a conocer, a hacer, a ser, a vivir juntos, lo que es el constructivismo y las caracteristicas de un profesor constructivista. Sociologicos.- Se basara en el Enfoque historico socio cultural de Vigotsky, en sus zonas de desarrollo proximo y tambien se tendra en cuenta la teoria social humanista, debido a que los estudiantes aprenden mediante la sociedad donde se desarrolla. Psicologicos.- Este fundamento se asentara en la definicion de individuo y personalidad, basandose en la teoria social humanista, el aprendizaje por descubrimiento de Bruner y su curriculo espiralado, y las inteligencias multiples de las personas. Pedagogico.- Este fundamento constara lo que es la pedagogia; tambien constara los conceptos de Holistica, Sinergia y de Proceso, los diferentes tipos de procesos y sobretodo los retos pedagogicos. Didactico.- Este fundamento se basara en conceptos de la lectura fonetica, lectura simbolica, estrategia metodologica, habilidad, destreza y capacidad; sobre todo se basara en la teoria de Ausubel y el aprendizaje significativo. Tecnicos.- Este fundamento se basara en la Actualizacion y Fortalecimiento Curricular. Tambien se tendra en cuenta las encuestas y entrevistas a docentes y educandos, para aplicar correctamente una metodologia adecuada a la transicion de la lectura antes mencionada
