Abstract
Welcome to the new academic year! I hope you had an enjoyable summer. Please join me in congratulating the members of the ACM-SIGMIS CPR (Computer Personnel Research) 2007 Conference Committee for organizing a successful conference. This year's conference was held at the Hyatt Regency in St. Louis, Missouri, USA from April 19 - 21, 2007, http://www.sigmis.org/conferences.html.
