Abstract
La evaluación escolar debe considerarse una actividad de seguimiento y transformación del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y que, por tanto, no puede generarse como un acto prefabricado o restringido o únicamente a través de exámenes y pruebas que definirán la capacidad intelectual de los alumnos. Así, considerando las implicaciones que la evaluación presenta en el proceso educativo, surge como una pregunta orientadora: ¿cuál es la influencia de la evaluación escolar en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje? El objetivo principal del estudio es incitar sobre la evaluación y en qué puede influir en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el entorno escolar. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, que tiene como enfoque el método dialéctico, que prescribe los diversos cambios en el proceso de evaluación, ya que el análisis del material se profundiza dentro de una perspectiva interpretativa y social, con el fin de producir información, descubrimientos y nuevas preguntas sobre el tema. Los resultados y conclusiones presentados enfatizan la idea de que la evaluación, cuando está bien trabajada y entendida, de manera continua e integrada al enseñar al maestro, sirve de base y contribuye a que el maestro interfiera eficientemente en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.
