Abstract
الخوف من الشفقة هو شعور الفرد بالتوتر والخوف من اظهار التعاطف والشفقة سواء نحو ذاته او نحو الاخرين او تلقيها من الاخرين⸲ والذي يرجع ذلک الي خبرات الفرد الصادمة والمؤلمة في مرحلة الطفولة وشعوره بالتعلق غير الامن⸲ ويترتب علي شعور الفرد بالخوف من الشفقة⸲ وجود صعوبة لديه في التعرف علي مشاعره وتحديدها وتمييزها بشکل جيد وهو ما يعرف بالاليکسيثيميا. ومن هنا هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف علي علاقة الخوف من الشفقة بالاليکسيثيميا لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية من ذوي خبرات التعلق غير الامن , حيث تکونت عينة الدراسة من 197 طالب وطالبة (81 ذکر٬ 116 أنثي) من طلاب وطالبات الصفين الثاني والثالث الثانوي بمتوسط عمري 17.1 سنة وانحراف معياري 0.58سنة⸲ واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس الخوف من الشفقة (Gilbert et al., 2011 ; ترجمة /الباحث)⸲ مقياس تورنتو للأليکسيثيميا "البلادة الوجدانية" للمراهقين والراشدينToronto Alexithymia Scale (تعريب وتقنين /کفافي واخرون⸲2020)⸲ ومقياس خبرات التعلق غير الامن (اعداد/ الباحث)⸲ وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الخوف من الشفقة والاليکسيثيما⸲ ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الخوف من الشفقة وخبرات التعلق غير الامن⸲ الخوف من الشفقة منبئ موجب للاليکسيثيميا (نسبة التباين 63.9٪)⸲ کما أن خبرات التعلق غير الامن منبئ موجب للخوف من الشفقة (نسبة التباين 70.5٪)⸲ الإناث أکثر خوفا من الشفقة من الذکور.
