Voir galement les actes d'accusations pour les cours martiales de 1999 et 2000 et le compte rendu sur les procs sommaires pour la priode du 1 er janvier 2001 au 31 dcembre 2001 dans la banque de donnes disponibles la section du Directeur juridique-Justice militaire politique et recherche du bureau du juge-avocat gnral des Forces canadiennes. Pour la priode allant du 1 er avril 2000 au 31 mars 2001, environ 48% des accusations totales portes et entendues au procs sommaire et 52% des accusations portes et entendues au procs sommaire devant un commandant suprieur le furent sous l'article 129 LDN. Pour la mme priode, les accusations sous l'article 129 LDN reprsentaient environ 20% des accusations totales entendues la cour martiale. L'utilisation de l'article 129 de la 8 Loi sur la dfense nationale dans (2004) 35 R.D.U.S. le systme de justice militaire canadien 7.
